Watermans Quay

Watermans Quay is a development of flats on the north bank of the River Thames in Chelsea. Previous owners had stripped out the flat to create an open plan living area with a single bedroom but technical issues such as poor finishes and a cold and noisy environment meant that the space was not pleasant to live in. Our clients bought the flat as a rental investment. We stripped out the former work and reinstated two bedrooms one with an en suite and an additional high specification solid slate shower enclosure. The noisy stone floor was replaced with an environmentally friendly bamboo floor on a modern built up sound deadening sub floor. A Poggenpohl kitchen completed the new look.
