Piccadilly Arcade

Piccadilly Arcade is one of the most fashionable shopping arcades in Central London. The client had a bow fronted retail unit within the arcade over three floors. The shop is currently used as a hairdressing salon on two floors with sun beds and a consultant beautician on the top floor.

The client wishes to diversify into retailing high quality men’s accessories and silver and enamelware. The basement of the shop will be refitted as an old-fashioned barbers shop. JWA designed a helical stair to link the ground floor and first floor retail space and sought permission for the alterations to the basement. We also consulted with the client regarding the layout, character and lighting of the cherry wood display cabinets.
